The word 'why' is a question, right?

But the word 'why' is also a statement of purpose. It means havin a reason, a vision for something.

In the bible it says, 'where there is no vision, the people will perish'. Does perish mean to actually die, or could it just mean 'to lose heart'.

So the question that is a statement of purpose.... Why Are You Here?
